160 Gallon Waste Tank
The Mini Tuff Tank is a robust and lightweight 160-gallon (725 litre) version of our standard plastic Tuff Tank for use in situations where its diminutive size, low height and low weight will prove an advantage. This truly lightweight (45 KGs) tank is readily delivered and positioned by one person and is ideal where space is at a premium and/or waste volumes are low.
You can ask us to position the 5" inlet and outlet holes exactly where you'd like them on the top surface. With its 2" connecting ports you can also specify a linking kit (tank connectors, elbows and hose) so that you can extend the waste volume capacity.
Typical applications include single toilet units; showers; camping/boating waste tipping points; catering oil waste collection and municipal refuse site liquid collection.

TECHNICAL DATA
- NOT DESIGNED TO BE LIFTED WITH LIQUID CONTENTS ON BOARD
- Please note: tank sizes quoted are subject to a +/-3% variation owing to temperature fluctuations.
- All TT4 models (TT500, TT750 & TT1000) introduced in Jan2019 are 300cms long (+/-3%).
- The TT5 model (TT500 xxi) is an additional 500 gallon tank introduced in 2021 to cope with the huge Covid demand.
The TT500 xxi moulds in a smaller oven and was sized at 292cms long (+/-3%) - the internal geometry of the tank is adjusted to give 500 gallons.
