Returns & Refunds - We're Here to Help
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something's not quite right, we'll do our best to put it right, quickly and smoothly.

Please read our Returns Policy below, and then submit the simple Returns Form by clicking the box at the bottom of this page.
Can I return my item?
Yes - you can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are:
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Suitable for resale
Let us know what's happened
When requesting a return, please fill out the Returns Form (below) and include a quick explanation in the form so we can help you faster.
For example:
  • I ordered the wrong item
  • It's no longer required
  • The item arrived damaged or faulty
  • I received a different product from the one I ordered
The more detail you can give, the quicker we can resolve it for you. You can do all this by filling out the Returns Form.
If something's damaged or not right
We'll sort it out - no problem. We just need a bit of help from you first:
  • A few clear photos of the item
  • Close-ups of any damage or issue
  • A photo of the packaging (if relevant)
This helps us identify what's gone wrong and get a solution in place quickly. You can submit photos when filling out the Returns Form.
Proof of Purchase
Please include your order number, invoice number, or confirmation email so we can locate your order.
Before sending anything back - please fill in the Returns Form, below.
Once approved, we'll let you know exactly how and where to return the item(s)
Return postage / shipping
  • If you've simply changed your mind, return postage / shipping will need to be covered by you
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied as faulty or we supplied the item incorrectly
  • We always recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs or 48hrs)
  • We request that you include a note / details of the original order inside the shipment to aid identification it when it arrives
  • If the item(s) is (are) clearly faulty or we've made a mistake, we'll take care of return shipping
  • If the goods were originally delivered strapped to a pallet, then they should be re-secured to the pallet so that they can safely collected and shipped by a third party haulier. Third party hauliers will not assume responsibility for repackaging items
  • Note: if the goods arrive back damaged as a result of insufficient packaging, then the value of any refund may be reduced. Please document item condition by uploading photos when you submit the form.
  • If customers are unable to easily return items, we can arrange the collection and (if we are not at fault) any charges we incur will be chargeable and/or offset against the value of any refund. Please ensure the goods are suitably packaged for transport.
  • For clarity, once we have authorised the return, goods should be shipped to:
    Plastic Solutions (Aldridge) Limited, Merchant's Way, Aldridge, West Midlands WS9 8SW.
    Package should be address to "Goods Inwards" and should include a note of the original order / invoice number.
What happens next?
Once we receive your returned goods:
  • We'll check over the item(s)
  • If approved, refunds will be processed, typically within 2-3 working days
  • If not approved, we will advise you of the reasoning behind our decision - and if we can offer a partial refund
  • If we have arranged for return shipping at our cost, and we are not at fault, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • For correct financial governance we can only send a refund back to the original payment method / card / bank account.
A few important things to note
We're unable to accept returns on:
  • Used, perishable, contaminated or installed items
  • Custom or special order products
  • Items returned without contacting us first
