Returns Policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/01/2024
Upon returning goods to Plastic Solutions (Aldridge) Ltd, please contact our sales department to arrange relevant collection of your goods. The cost of delivery to our premises will be removed from the overall refund. (You may arrange your own logistics to return the goods to us). Please ensure that goods are packaged/palletised as your received them. Once we have received the returned goods, a credit will be issued provided the returned items are undamaged and unused. The credit value will be calculated based on the price paid at the time of the sale & a restocking charge shall be applied in accordance with our company policy, details are as follows:
0 - 1 year from date of manufacture 20% restocking charge
1 - 3 years from date of manufacture 35% restocking charge
3 - 5 years from date of manufacture 50% restocking charge
